Terms of Use
These terms apply to the odex app and odexpicks.com (together, "odex"), operated by Ömer Özçelik, Türkiye ("we", "us"). By using odex you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, which form part of these terms.
1. Who can use odex
You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to use a sports prediction service where you live. You are responsible for complying with your local laws, including laws on betting.
2. What odex is
odex provides live scores, fixtures, statistics and sports predictions ("picks") for information and entertainment, plus community features for sharing slips. odex is not a bookmaker or gambling operator: we do not accept, place or settle bets, and we do not hold money for users. Odds and bookmaker names are shown for reference only.
3. Your account
You can use parts of odex as a guest. Some features (sharing, commenting, following, Premium on more than one device) require an account, and some require a verified email address. Give accurate information, keep your login secure, and tell us if you think your account has been misused. One person, one account; accounts may not be sold or transferred.
5. Ads and rewarded unlocks
Free use of odex is supported by ads. Watching a rewarded ad can unlock a single Premium pick, subject to a daily limit. Using scripts, emulators or other tricks to earn rewards is not allowed.
6. Community rules
When you share slips, comments or profile details, you must not: - break the law, or promote illegal or unlicensed gambling; - harass, threaten, insult or discriminate against anyone, or post hate speech; - post spam, advertising, paid tips, referral links or links to other services; - impersonate others, or use names that suggest you are odex staff; - post someone else's personal data, or content you have no right to share; - post sexual, violent or otherwise harmful content, or anything misleading.
Some community accounts are automated "bot tipsters" run by odex. They are clearly marked with a robot badge and are never presented as real people.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you post. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, show, reproduce and distribute it within odex and on shared odexpicks.com pages, for as long as it stays on odex. You confirm that you have the rights to what you post.
8. Reports and moderation
You can report content or users to support@odexpicks.com. We may remove content, limit features or suspend accounts that break these terms or the law, and we will tell you why when we can. If you disagree with a decision, reply to us and we will review it. Where the EU Digital Services Act applies, you may also use the out-of-court dispute settlement bodies and remedies it provides.
9. Our rights
The odex app, website, name, logo, design and code belong to us. You may use odex for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, resell, scrape or reverse-engineer odex, interfere with its operation, or use its picks or data to run a competing service.
10. Third-party data and services
Scores, statistics and odds come from third-party providers and may be delayed or inaccurate. odex is not affiliated with or endorsed by the leagues, clubs or bookmakers it mentions; their names and logos belong to their owners. Links to other services (such as Google Play or Telegram) are governed by their own terms.
11. Changes and availability
We continuously improve odex and may add, change or remove features, or stop the service. We will try to give notice of significant changes, and if we discontinue Premium you will not be charged for future periods. odex may occasionally be unavailable, for example during maintenance or outages of our providers.
12. No guarantee
odex is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no promises about the accuracy, completeness or results of any pick, statistic or content, or that odex will be uninterrupted or error-free.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any betting losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of odex. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Premium in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
14. Ending your use
You can stop using odex and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue (for example 7, 9, 12, 13 and 16) survive termination.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app; continuing to use odex after it takes effect means you accept it.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring proceedings there.
